Philips HR1854 Juicer, So far so good, so juicy!

Reduced value, very responsible so far. Considering how expensive some juicers can be, i bought this with some trepidation, but so much it does the career. It bargains effectively with both equally tough and softer veg/fruit, and even though it is a little bit of a fiddle to clean up, it is easy to take aside and reassemble.

I to begin with experienced the larger and far more high priced philips juicer this is a lot, substantially improved exceptionally very good price for money it will work very well and is not that tough to clean up, a great deal a lot easier than the other one particular.

Philips HR1854 Juicer

  • No pre-cutting required thanks to extra-large feeding tube and powerful 550 watt motor
  • Two speed settings to juice hard and soft fruits and vegetables easily
  • All removable parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher
  • Features micro-mesh filter, one litre pulp container and 700 ml juice jug with foam separator for clear or cloudy juice
  • Ships in Certified Frustration-Free Packaging

Just after reading the reviews on amazon i purchased this juicer as a xmas existing for a relatives member. It arrived instantly and extremely effectively packed. I’m considerably happier with this juicer than i anticipated mainly because it extracts juice actually properly and i uncover the pulp it leaves behind to be dry. It is extremely quick to use – no require to chop the fruit and veg – but it is a bit of a agony to thoroughly clean if you do not have a dishwasher. Ideal to rinse it following every single use and use a bag for the pulp container. I wasn’t amazed with the guide that arrived with it – 7lbs in seven days – but there are loads of other very good and wise textbooks available on amazon with easy recipes for juicing. I would surely advocate this juicer to anyone who is striving to increase some fruit and veg to their eating plan in an quick and reasonably priced way.

It does what it claims on the box. Philips hr1858 650w 2l pulp container juicer whiteit is a great prodduct and it does what it claims it will do, i by no means assumed fruit and veg tasted so superior althought we are paying out a minimal more now on fruit and veg we are receiving our five a day a whole lot much easier than ahead of. Just by putting a pair of carrots with any fruit juice it presents the outcome a tiny entire body and color, have on juiceing.

Acquired this planning on starting up the juice food plan that the reserve that will come with it describes (which i did not stop up undertaking). But is however a extremely fantastic juicer, and incredibly uncomplicated to just take apart and clean up. Working with it at the moment to incorporate inexperienced vegetables (which i loathe consuming) to smoothies, and will probably use it when my baby boy is older earning fruit juices :) cash well used.

Philips HR1854 Juicer : Been wanting a juicer for over a year and seeking a bargain, could not justify the expense of the top rated phillips, so tried this one after lots of research. I don’t understand the people who say its hard to clean. Put a plastic bag in the pulp collector. Have a bowl of soapy water ready, rinse all the top sections & lid immediately under the running tap, no problem. I didnt get a recipe book, but did get the ‘7lbs in 7 days’, which is a bit trendy and not my style, but the juice is great. Its more like very pulverised fruit smoothie than clear juice, but so refreshing and easy to drink. Fantastic for increasing intake of fruit and veg easily, very glad i went for it.

Its the only juicer i’ve ever used, but it does the job well. It seems to be holding up after having used it for some time as well and fairly frequently.

Good, though pulp is still quite wet. Works well, easily enough to clean though the pulp is still rather wet after juicing and often the juicer sucks in the last part of the fruit or veg whole. When its a small piece that’s not ideal.

Love this juicer just a bit of a pain to clean due to lots of small holes.

It’s a powerful machine; it squashes the toughest fruit through to the softest berries. However, the pulp goes to a detached pulp container which keeps moving out while making the juice. It’s especially tedious to clean up the sieve where the pulp gets stack. I bought it a few years ago so i would recommend looking at new models which have deal with these problems.

This machine is good for the price, however the residue is still very wet and a more expensive machine might extract more juice from the fruit. It is also very difficult to clean, especially the blade. It does not come with any special brush to clean it as many do. Overall i am happy with the quality for the price, perhaps next time though i will invest more money for a better machine, but if you are new to juicing and just want give it a try this is a good buy.

Years ago i bought a cheap juicer that you had to peel and chop stuff before it got near the juicer and then it was ‘lumpy’ to drink – not nice. With trepidation i got this hr1854. Okay, you peel oranges and pineapples, but the results are worth it. The juice is no longer ‘lumpy’, its creamy, almost like a smoothie. What i do is put lots of ice in a glass, pour the juice into it, then rinse the juicer parts straight away and leave to drain whilst you drink the delicious cold juice. If you’re thinking about getting a juicer, then try this one – brilliant.

The cheapest and smallest philips juicer,,, works very well and does the job. Will take whole apples and copes well with most things.

Not much juice for your money. Pulp quite damp and only 2 cups of juice meaning you don’t get much juice from a lot of fruit and veg. Even with the foam separator i find there is still a lot of pulp that gets into the juice so sieving after is required. However, have juiced everything in sight and its not got clogged and it’s very easy to clean as long as you do it straight away. Also comes with the 7lb juice diet book, which has some nice recipes.

Bought this juicer which makes light work of juicing veggies/fruits whole e. No need to chop them before hand. I use my juicer daily as it makes juicing quick and easy.
