    We have been using omniblend for 2 years. Mostly for smoothies, soups, nut milk, hummus. In the product description it is said that omniblend can grind nuts, seeds, beans – dry stuff. However, our omniblend cannot do such things at all. Any idea what we do wrong or we should buy some attachment or.

    Powerful blender for the price. Firstly, i don’t have a vitamix so can’t compare the performance against the omni. Decided to get the omni after going over reviews/performance tests on youtube (verdict: vitamix slightly better at much higher cost). Overall i am satisfied with the performance even though i don’t believe the blender motor is capable of 3 horsepower/ 2200w (as claimed). Label at the base states power rating of only 950w (1+hp). I’ve done tests using an electric power usage meter, it runs at up to 800w under low load (light mix of fruits and liquids). Under heavier load (more ice less liquids) it peaked up to 1600w/ 2+hpomni blender does the job well for my needs. It is not like your normal cheap blender. Love the simple button with timer operation which is very convenient. Minus 1 star for the excessive claim on the blender power (2+hp against 3hp).

      The blender arrived with no instructions. I had to guess how it worked. Tried to make soup put too much water in and the lid blew off i was covered in green hot soup. My kitchen was covered in green soup. Ruined my t shirt the green s will not come out. Did make a nice smoothie so with instructions on how to use it will be good it said it had a 7 yr warranty. Card said 2 yrso very disappointed all in allamazon have gone a long way to put it right, which has given me faith to buy through them again.

    If you don’t want to spend on a vitamix. . Does everything i need it to do. A little loud, but at a much cheaper price than a vitamix and only slightly less quality.
