I also had to call the manufacturers to find out how to remove the juicer from the machine and they told me in no time at all. It’s easy to clean, just rinse through, always useful to have a dish washing brush to hand and the waste goes down the sink. Rubber gloves means you can rinse it through with cold water and your hands don’t freeze. I’d recommend putting a plastic bag in the pulp catcher, i use the bags i buy loose fruit and veg in from the supermarket since they don’t have holes in and they’re free. I am really pleased that a good value, low priced masticating juicer has finally reached the market and highly recommend this one.
